Elizabeth Sen Appointed As Flint Culture’s Regional Managing Director For MENA
Flint Culture, an award-winning communications consultancy that combines specialist expertise in culture and creative industries, has announced the appointment of Elizabeth Sen as its new MENA Managing Director. Sen will lead Flint Culture’s strategic initiatives in the region, focusing on establishing the network and driving client-centric innovation.
Known for her people-first approach, Sen spent over two decades in PR leadership across the Middle East, including more than 10 years at APCO Worldwide where she served in various leadership capacities before moving to her new role at Flint.

A passionate communicator and a results-oriented business leader, Sen has led several award-winning assignments involving demanding mission-critical mandates, organisational change management, as well as sectoral marketing and public relations on a global level. Sen will now work with Flint Culture’s global senior team, to lead the strategic expansion in the MENA region, building on the firm’s existing client portfolio that includes KSA’s Ministry of Culture, the Royal Commission of AlUla, the Abu Dhabi Department of Culture and Tourism, the Zayed National Museum, The Sheikh Zayed Book Award and the Abu Dhabi Book Fair, among others.
