Redefining Leadership Through Influence, Growth, Trust and Collective Impact

Throughout my career, I have come to believe that leadership is not defined by titles, but by the ability to create momentum, for people, for ideas, and for the businesses we build together.

The media and marketing industry is evolving faster than ever. Technology, data, and shifting consumer expectations are constantly reshaping how brands connect with people. Navigating this landscape requires curiosity, resilience, and a commitment to continuous learning.

My journey has been one of transformation and growth. I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the most iconic luxury brands, particularly through my role leading the LVMH business at Publicis Media Luxe in the Middle East. Luxury sits at the intersection of heritage, creativity, and emotion, requiring both strategic precision and deep cultural understanding.

Beyond business, what has truly defined my journey is people.

Building teams, nurturing talent, and creating environments where individuals can thrive has always been central to my leadership. I believe that great businesses are built by empowered teams. When people feel trusted and inspired, they bring forward their best ideas, and that is where real innovation happens.

This philosophy strongly aligns with this year’s theme, “Give to Gain.”

To me, it reflects the multiplier effect of leadership. The more we mentor, support, and create opportunities for others, the stronger and more sustainable our industry becomes. Growth is not a zero-sum game. It is collective.

Mentorship has played a defining role in my own journey, and it remains a responsibility I carry forward. Empowering the next generation, particularly women in our industry, is about giving them the confidence and platform to lead.

At the same time, leadership requires courage. It means challenging norms, navigating complexity, and leading with authenticity. Trust is built through integrity, and it remains the foundation of any successful team or partnership.

Looking ahead, I am optimistic about the future of our industry and the role women will continue to play in shaping it across the Middle East. We are seeing a new generation of leaders emerge. Ambitious, creative, and globally minded.

My advice to the next generation is simple: Own Your Voice. Be curious, challenge perspectives, and never underestimate the value you bring.

If there is one thing I hope to contribute through my work, it is the belief that leadership is ultimately about impact and influence. The impact we create on businesses, the influence we have in shaping our industry, and most importantly, the difference we make in the lives of those around us.

Because when we invest in others, we all move forward together.

And that is the true meaning of Give to Gain.
