I am a commercially driven business leader with more than 18 years of experience building, transforming, and scaling media operations across local, regional and global markets.

 My journey began at Publicis Groupe, where I progressed from Media Executive to Regional Client Lead on Procter & Gamble, overseeing the MENA business and leading cross-market teams of 30+ professionals.

As my career evolved, so did my scope : expanding beyond client servicing and trading into full operational ownership. I led integrated strategies, strengthened client and supplier partnerships, and ensured consistent performance across diverse markets.

Later, as Head of Investment across MENA at WPP Media and a member of the Executive Committee, I directed end-to-end commercial and investment strategies across business units, translating corporate vision into more scalable growth initiatives. These efforts delivered an average of 15% efficiencies on clients’ digital plans with full adoption, while supporting regional growth, profitability enhancement, organizational redesign, and long-term value creation in close partnership with the CEO.

Throughout this journey, I have launched and scaled new revenue platforms, built high-impact international partnerships, and transformed proprietary commercial solutions into significant growth engines. From delivering double-digit net revenue in year one under a lean cost structure to driving triple-digit revenue expansion and enterprise-wide adoption, each milestone reflects a consistent focus on disciplined execution and sustainable growth.
