Dubai, UAE, April 2023: Thursday 4 May was a big night for the marketing industry as The Marketing Society UAE celebrated excellence in regional marketing campaigns, strategies, and leadership at their Awards Ceremony. Held at popular beach club, Peaches and Cream on the Palm Jumeirah, the event brought together 70 of the industry’s leading marketers to celebrate best in class marketing from the region.

The winners were judged by outstanding marketers such as Toufik Chadli, Hayleigh Ford and Rob Beswick who are all at the forefront of the industry, together representing some of the most successful brands in the Middle East and world-wide such as Al Safi Danone, HSBC and Virgin Mobile. They we’re joined by other senior marketing leaders who are members of the Society to make up the esteemed panel of judges. 

The Marketing Society Global Director, Alasdair Hall-Jones, commented, “The Marketing Society UAE’s Awards were created to champion the creativity, innovation, and impact that the marketing industry continues to deliver in the region. Awards are a great inspiration and the more we can showcase what world-class marketing looks like, the more we can learn from one another”.

The Marketing Society Awards in the UK have been running for over 38 years and the Society has looked to bring their experience in awarding best practice marketing to the region. This year’s Awards in the UAE focused on three key categories, Brand Evolution, Brand Communication and Customer Engagement & Experience. As the Society looks to continue to evolve the Awards over time, new categories will be added for 2024 and beyond.
