MCN MENAT and Agencies Across MENAT Recognised as the Region’s Best Places to Work in 2025
Fast Company, Campaign Agency of the Year 2025 and Great Place to Work 2025/2026 have awarded the parent company and its family agencies with multiple accolades.
22nd December 2025, Dubai – MCN MENAT, part of Omnicom, and its agencies have been recognised as a Great Place to Work® across the UAE, Egypt, and Qatar for the fourth consecutive year, reinforcing its position as a regional leader in workplace culture, innovation, and talent empowerment.

This accolade, based entirely on anonymous employee opinions and feedback, has been received independently by each agency across UAE, Egypt and Qatar and resulted for the 4th time in Great Place to Work including: FP7 McCann, MullenLowe, Commonwealth McCann, MRM, UM, Initiative, Magna, ACXIOM, Jack Morton, Current Global, Weber Shandwick, – each playing a role in shaping a culture at MCN that inspires creativity, nurtures talent, and delivers impactful work for clients.
In this year’s recognition, MCN employees reported high scores in sense of belonging, camaraderie, collaboration, trust, integrity, inclusive leadership, and especially pride of working in their agencies – affirming the group’s long-standing commitment to building diverse, people-first workplaces where people can thrive.
Adding to this notable achievement, MCN MENAT was awarded at the Fast Company Middle East Awards 2025 with Most Innovative Company, Best Workplace, recognising the network’s connected model and innovative learning and development programmes under MCN Academy including Harvard Business School Online, the Young Leaders Blueprint, and the Accelerator Program. MCN agencies – Weber Shandwick and FP7McCann – also picked up accolades in the category – Most Innovative Company in Advertising, PR, and Branding.
