Dubai, UAE – April 25, 2025: McDonald’s UAE brought a pixel-perfect adventure to life with a limited-time A Minecraft Movie restaurant takeover at its Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT) location. From April 24 to May 4, guests can step into the world of A Minecraft Movie through a fully immersive dining experience packed with fun, flavor, and exclusive collectibles.

Inspired by the film, the takeover features themed zones, interactive games, and vibrant block-style décor. Visitors can snap selfies with life-sized characters like Grimace and take part in playful challenges such as Mine the Puzzle, where guests race to complete A Minecraft Movie-themed puzzle in under one minute, and Build & Break, where players take turns pulling blocks from a tower and stacking them on top. The fun doesn’t stop there — even more activities await fans throughout the experience.

And for those looking to power up their visit, guests who spend AED 50 or more can play the Unlock the Block game for a chance to win a prize from the exclusive Merch Cabinet.

At the heart of the experience is the limited-edition A Minecraft Movie Meal, which is now available only at the JLT restaurant. Featuring items like the Spicy Big Tasty, Spicy Magma Sauce, and the A Minecraft Movie McFlurry®, each meal also includes one of six unique collectibles. These come with a matching card and a code that fans can scan to unlock the exclusive skin in the Minecraft Marketplace.
