Repeat winners pick up 2 Grands Prix, 12 Golds and an International Honorary Award.

At the 2023 Mad Stars festival held in Busan, South Korea – previously known as Ad Stars – IMPACT BBDO was named Global Agency of the Year for the second year in a row. The agency won a total of 42 trophies, which included 2 Grands Prix and 12 Golds.

Mad Stars, now in its 16th year, is the only global marketing creativity competition run out of Asia, and this year received more than 20,000 entries from 63 countries around the world.

IMPACT BBDO, in addition to its 42 trophies, also received an International Honorary Award, presented by the mayor of Busan, for their partnership with AnNahar Newspaper.

The UAE had the distinction in 2023 of being the most awarded country at the show with 115 trophies, followed by Australia at 58, Singapore at 57 and Japan at 53.
