Promotions see Vicky El-Kassir assume Director role and Raaziqa Hassen move up to Account Director

Dubai, UAE, 25 August 2022: Houbara Communications, an award-winning communications consultancy in the region, has promoted Vicky El-Kassir to Director and Raaziqa Hassen to Account Director to support business growth.

Taking a leading management role within the agency, Vicky will be responsible for driving business growth and continuing to foster the firm’s culture that prioritises team wellbeing and progress. Since joining in 2016, she has led some of the agency’s flagship clients, placing great emphasis on developing smart content-driven communications strategies.

Raaziqa Hassen has been promoted to Account Director. She has led award-winning campaigns for a range of clients since 2019 and is renowned for her creativity, passion, and dedication. Raaziqa will continue to grow the agency’s consumer division which focuses on brand PR through the lens of corporate reputation, in line with continued consumer demand for transparency from the businesses they buy from.
