The appointment of Mohamad Itani marks a defining moment as the agency enters its next phase of scale.

With over two decades of experience spanning digital transformation, media, partnerships and leadership roles across MENAT and Europe, Itani brings a rare blend of start-up mindset and enterprise-scale execution. His career includes senior leadership roles across global platforms, agency networks and industry bodies, most recently as part of the Amazon Ads launch leadership team, where he served as Head of Partnerships for EMEA expansion. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in building regional ecosystems, scaling teams, and shaping go-to-market strategies across emerging and mature markets.

Itani is also widely recognised for his industry impact beyond commercial roles. He previously served as Vice Chair of IAB MENA, partnering with regional stakeholders to advance digital standards, talent development and ecosystem growth.
