London, 5 December 2019 – Burberry’s pop-up space at Sole DXB festival in Dubai’s Design District is now open. The giant custom-built space takes inspiration from the spirit and attitude of the fashion house’s redesigned flagship store at 121 Regent Street in London and Mall of the Emirates store in Dubai.

The exterior facade is adorned with the Burberry logo and an illuminated, rotating Thomas Burberry Monogram. A scaffolding globe structure sits at the entrance to the pop-up, which features an interior colour palette of Burberry beige and walls and plinths constructed in a variety of materials and textures – from mirror to high-gloss finishes. The ground floor features a blank wall for visitors to illustrate and decorate, inspired by the house’s Bond Street store in London.

The space houses pieces from Burberry’s latest collections for men and women, including the Lola bag, the new Arthur sneaker in a variety of colours and a selection of Monogram motif products, designed by Burberry’s Chief Creative Officer Riccardo Tisci.

To celebrate the opening of the pop-up, the second floor roof terrace – with panoramic views of the festival – will play host to a series of events throughout the three day festival.
