Dubai, 21/01/2026 – Teads today announced the promotion of Julien Cavailles from Deputy Managing Director to Managing Director, Middle East and Africa (MEA), recognising his instrumental role in driving business performance, strengthening client relationships, and shaping the company’s strategic direction.

Since joining Teads nine years ago, Julien has been a driving force behind the company’s growth, playing a key role in scaling the business, strengthening operations, and cementing its market position. Working closely with local and regional leadership teams, he has helped deliver strong commercial results while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.

In his new role as Managing Director of MEA, Julien will take full responsibility for the company’s strategic vision and execution in the region, with a focus on continued growth, client impact, and long-term value creation. His promotion reflects both his proven leadership and the confidence placed in him to guide Teads through its next phase of development.
