With 145 employees moving together to clock over 3,030 kilometres in 30 days the agency turns wellness into a collective creative movement.

Dubai, UAE – 20 November, 2025 — As the city steps up for the Dubai Fitness Challenge 2025, M+C Saatchi Middle East is embracing the spirit of movement with its internal initiative, “M+C Saatchi in Motion.” The activation encourages teams across the agency to prioritise both physical and mental well-being while strengthening collaboration, creativity, and balance.

In support of M+C Saatchi Middle East managing the Public Relations for Dubai Fitness Challenge, their employees are collectively targeting 3,030 kilometers this month in correlation with the 30×30 ChallengeThe M+C Saatchi in Motion initiative reflects the agency’s belief that creativity thrives when people do, integrating its philosophy of “creativity in motion” into the rhythm of everyday work life.

To make movement accessible and engaging, M+C Saatchi Group Middle East has introduced fitness stations across its Dubai offices, including a treadmill and spin bikes, inviting employees to get active throughout the day in the month of the 30×30 Challenge. Ahead of the Dubai Run, presented by Mai Dubai, in which all employees will be participating, M+C Saatchi has also created a challenge to see which employee can run the furthest in 10 minutes on a treadmill.
